Automatic line for baozi and steamed buns — custard, red bean, plain, meat and round mantou. The linked sheeting rollers and rolling head preserve dough structure without generating heat, keeping the mouth-feel close to hand-made. Bun size and filling weight are both adjustable with tight tolerance.
