Fully automatic cookie depositor extrudes dough into a wide range of shaped biscuits and pastries. The HMI lets operators freely tune shape, per-piece weight and belt speed with consistent portioning. The controller stores 100 named product recipes; the machine also auto-panels and shifts trays, and the nozzle shapes can be custom-tooled. All food-contact parts are stainless steel or food-grade plastic — designed to raise output and cut labour cost for bakeries.
