Details
TC-240 folds and rolls the dough band in an S pattern to develop gluten before downstream forming. Belts do not need to be removed for cleaning, and auto-reverse folding keeps the sheet centred on the conveyor. Reinforced sheet-metal frame with imported wear components for stable long-run operation.
